Enforce Case Studies Dive into Living Lab Methodology with ENoLL Training

The Enforce project took a significant step forward today as representatives from its eight case studies participated in a dedicated training session led by ENoLL (European Network of Living Labs) experts, Noemi Caiazzo and Špela Zalokar. This session marked the first in a three-part training series, designed to equip the consortium with practical tools and methodologies to enhance participatory environmental monitoring.
Living Lab Basics and Stakeholder Engagement
Tailored to the specific needs of Enforce case studies, this first training session focused on the Living Lab model, an innovative approach that fosters open collaboration between citizens, researchers, businesses, and policymakers. Participants explored key themes, including Living Lab fundamentals, stakeholder engagement strategies, and governance models, ensuring that each case study is prepared to implement inclusive and community-driven environmental solutions.
Applying Lessons to Enforce Case Studies
The training provided invaluable guidance on how to structure Living Labs within the Enforce pilot sites, which span diverse environmental contexts across Europe. By integrating these principles, each case study will be able to enhance stakeholder participation, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive impactful, co-created solutions tailored to their unique challenges.
A big thank you to Noemi, Špela, and ENoLL for their expertise and commitment to strengthening collaboration across the Enforce network. This training series is a vital step toward equipping our case studies with the knowledge and methodologies needed to bridge the gap between community-driven environmental efforts and institutional enforcement.
